Catherine Marie Cortez Masto is a lawyer and politician who has been serving as the senior United States senator from Nevada since the year 2017. She is also a member of the Democratic Party. Masto has served as the 32nd attorney general of Nevada from 2007 to 2015. Masto met her husband, Paul Masto in the ‘90s and the pair have been together ever since.
