Kathleen served as the 44th governor of Kansas from 2003 to 2009 before becoming secretary.

The politician tied the knot to Gary Sebelius, also known as Keith Gary Sebelius who is a former judicial nominee to the United States Court for the District of Kansas and also a magistrate judge. It was in 1974 when the couple decided to make it official.
