Shonda Rhimes, the creator of “Grey’s Anatomy,” is a brilliant lady with many talents regardless of her size. Even so, she decided to lose 150 pounds in a year to make her physical obligations more manageable. She talked out about losing weight in 2015, as per ABC News.
The woman who produced the “Inventing Anna” drama miniseries lost weight by changing her diet and exercising more. It was rumored that Rhimes, who signed a hefty 2021 Netflix contract, was wary of eating processed meals or those that included artificial sweeteners. Rhimes also hired a personal trainer to assist her in getting in shape.
