Before moving to the BBC, he’s worked at several radio stations such as POWER FM, GWR FM Bristol, Heart 106.2, Piccadily Key 103, and Heart 106.2.
He sometimes works as a cover presenter at Radio Two while being a regular daytime host at Radio One and he’s said to earn £375K per year. Mills got engaged to his long-time partner, Sam Vaughan in October 2021.
