Dan Walker is a journalist, newsreader, and television presenter on “BBC Breakfast.” He started his career as a professional broadcaster at Hallam FM and then took on a full-time gig at Key 103 Radio as a commentator and sports presenter. On BBC, he hosted the evening sports output and “Afternoon Edition” on Radio 5 Live.
He started presenting “BBC Breakfast” when he replaced Bill Turnbull in 2016 and is a regular feature on “Match of the Day” and “Final Score.” He reportedly earns £260K and became the new host of The NFL Show in November 2020. Walker left “Football Focus,” which he’s been hosting for 12 years, in May 2021.
