Jeremy Vine – BBC – Daily show – £295K
Best known as the host BBC Radio 2 lunchtime program, Jeremy Vine took over from Sir Jimmy Young in 2003 and has been presenting the show which involves interviews with live guests, news, views, and popular music. He’s also been hosting Channel 5 quiz program, “Eggheads” since 2014.
Since Vine joined the BBC in the ’80s, he started making waves when he became a political reporter in the mid-’90s reporting the 1997 general elections. He also appeared on “Celebrity Gogglebox” alongside Smoochie Shy in 2021. He’s hosted and is still presenting several shows at the corporation where he earns about £295K in salary.
