Tina O’Brien may not have an extensive filmography, but she’s done enough to ensure that her name will never be erased from the list of notable English actresses. Her performance as ‘Sarah Platt in ITV’s “Coronation Street” is the Hallmark of her career. But we also can’t forget her role in the BBC One drama series “Waterloo Road.”
Many fans thought all was lost when Tina announced she’d be leaving “Coronation Street” in 2007. And their worries seemed valid considering that she stayed away for many years, busy with projects like “Doctors,” “Call the Midwife,” and “Casualty.” But she returned in 2015 and is still going strong as of 2023.
