Justin Webb has been with BBC since 1984 when he joined as a fresh graduate. He started with the Graduate Scheme and has also worked for BBC Radio Ulster. He’s worked as Editor at BBC North America and main co-presenter of the “Breakfast News” program at BBC One.

He returned to the United Kingdom in 2009 to host BBC Radio 4’s morning news program, “Today.” In 2017 Webb complained about his colleague, Nick Robinson, earning more than him while doing virtually the same job as him. As of 2021, Webb earns £255K per annum.
