Gary Oldman: $40 Million – Los Angeles
One of the highest-grossing actors in Hollywood, Gary Oldman’s career stretches back to the 1980s, and he’s accrued a fortune of $40 million. This 3,168 square-foot Georgian Colonial house used to be Oldman’s home until he sold it to Austin Butler in 2018 for a little under $5 million.
He purchased the house in 2011 for a bit below $2.9 million. The house comprises three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a separate guesthouse, a two-car garage as well as a swimming pool. Oldman portrayed Vladislav Dukhovich in the 2021 movie “Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard.”
