Loni Anderson: $12 Million – Sherman Oaks
Award-winning actress, Loni Anderson, achieved fame for appearing in the CBS sitcom “WKRP in Cincinnati,” which won her three Golden Globe Awards and two Emmy nominations. Her most recent film role was in the TV series “My Sister Is So Gay,” which ran till 2018.
Anderson paid $1.9 million for her former house in Sherman Oaks in 2007, but it was later sold for $2.1 million in 2015. The five-bedroom custom-built Santa Barbara-style home has a living space of 4,630 square feet. In addition to bedrooms, it contains one master suite, six bathrooms, and a family/media room, along with other luxurious features.
