Believe it or not, Garth Brooks’ 2022 LSU concert in Louisiana was so packed that it ended up registering as an earthquake! As a musician who can literally get the ground shaking, Brooks is accustomed to living in lavish homes. One of the best? His former Malibu beach abode, sold for $7 million in 2016.
Brooks bought the property for $5 million in 2008 and managed to make a hefty profit in the end. The beautiful one-story home sits in a gated enclave near the beach and features four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The vacation house also features a fireplace, a library, and a kitchen with a skylight.
