Born in 1932 into a Jewish family, Leo Lyner Strulovitch was perhaps best known in the Formula One circle for being the father of Aston Martin’s part-owner, Lawrence Sheldon Strulović. He was also the grandfather of F1 racer Lance Strulovitch. Leo was a famous fashion importer credited with creating a fashion dynasty in Canada.
Leo changed the family name from Strulovitch to Stroll, hence the adoption of the name by his son and grandson. Despite creating a name for himself and his family in the fashion industry, his net worth was unknown when he died in March 2022.
