Raquel Welch is recognized as one of the first brunette bombshells and rose to prominence when she starred in the film “Fantastic Voyage.” She was on posters everywhere in the ’60s and ’70s and was an icon of that time. She went on to portray strong female characters, and that helped her break out of her bombshell image.
She has starred in projects like “Hannie Caulder,” “One Million Years B.C.” and “The Animal.” She was last seen in the 2017 film “How to Be a Latin Lover” but hasn’t been seen in the limelight much since then.
