Loretta Lynn was born in Butcher Hollow, Kentucky, on April 14, 1932. In 1960, the coal miner’s daughter made her debut record, and she hasn’t stopped since. Lynn has won more accolades than any other woman in the history of country music. She has 11 No. 1 albums and 24 No. 1 hit singles in her six decades as a recording artist.
Despite the fact that she had to cease touring in 2017 due to personal concerns, Lynn continues to release new music.
