Kim Novak  (Born In 1933)

Kim Novak began her acting career in the ’50s and became one of Hollywood’s top box office stars. She is best known for films like, “Bell Book and Candle,” “The Man with the Golden Arm” and Alfred Hitchcock’s “Vertigo” which is now recognized as one of the best films ever made.

Despite the fame Novak achieved, she took a break from acting quite early and only appeared sporadically throughout her later years. In 1991, she officially retired after the film, “Liebestraum.” She’s won many awards throughout her career and has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
