A former quarterback, Michael Vick played the NFL for 13 long seasons for the Atlanta Falcons and later for the Philadelphia Eagles. However, Vick ‘s career in the NFL came to an end after he was charged for being involved in a dog fighting ring, a crime for which he pleases guilty and was sentenced to 21 months in prison. Soon, he claimed for bankruptcy and sought protection against his creditors in 2008. However, things turned around for Vick after he signed up a one year contract worth $1.6 million with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2009.
