When Caitlyn Jenner decided to auction off her 2011 Porsche 911 GT3 RS for charity in 2017, it was a sad day indeed, since fans and the paparazzi had really fallen for its bright purple paint scheme. Plus, she had only driven it for a year, having originally purchased it in 2016.
The Caitlyn Jenner Foundation, which benefited from the sale, was aimed at fighting for the rights of transgender people. The I am Cait star reportedly bought the $176K sports car from a dealership in Los Angeles, California. Jenner recently announced her candidacy for the office of Governor of California.
