Jane Asher is an English actress, author, entrepreneur, and former child star. She began her career as a child actress at the age of five and made her stage debut in the 1952 film, “Mandy.” In the ’60s, Asher gained fame for her roles in films such as “The Prince and the Pauper,” “The Masque of the Red Death,” and “Alfie.”
In addition to her acting career, Asher has written several books, including a best-selling autobiography, a novel, and several cookbooks. She has also opened cake-decorating shops, which can be found throughout the UK. She is also active in several charities and patronizes the Scoliosis Association.
