Jane Leeves was once a ‘Hill’s Angel’ in 1985 on the British comedy television show, “The Benny Hill Show.” She only had a few lines on the show, yet it launched her onscreen appearance. She went on to appear as a dancer in “Monty Python’s The Meaning of Life.” Moving to the United States, she acquired various supporting roles.

Leeves had her breakthrough in the sitcom “Murphy Brown” and the films “Miracle on 34th Street” and “Music of the Heart.” She also had acting appearances in the hit medical drama “The Resident” and television sitcom “Frasier,” with the latter earning her an Emmy and Golden Globe nomination.
