Susan Boyle – 50 Pounds, To Maintain Her Health

Susan Boyle, who first captured our hearts on the “Britain’s Got Talent” stage in 2009 by singing “I Dreamed a Dream,” shed an astonishing 50 pounds in her weight loss journey. Struggling with her weight throughout her life, she had a rude awakening when she was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2012.

Boyle has since embraced a healthier diet low in calories and carbohydrates, eradicating sugar altogether. She also joined a local gym and regularly exercised. Additionally, the Scottish songstress adopted a 30-minute morning and evening walk routine. In 2023, she reunited with Peter Kay, also on this list, 12 years since their “Comic Relief” collaboration.
